Office Manager

Lori: Lori has worked as a receptionist for the Thunder Bay Veterinary Hospital since July 1996. She has recently accepted the position of office manager. When away from work, Lori enjoys time with her husband Alonzo and her two children Brianna and A.J.

Client Relations Co-ordinator

Sherri: Graduate of the Business Admin. Management and Accounting programs at St. Lawrence College and Graphic Design program at Georgian College. Sherri has been working at the hospital since 1999 and is now our Client Relations Coordinator. Some of her responsibilities include maintaining our website and organizing our two annual fundraising events (Leash-a-thon and Farley Fundraising month). She has two cats "Mokey" and "Mickey" and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Receptionists

	Marliss: Marliss has been working at the hospital since March 2002. She is a veterinary nutritional advocate for Hill's Prescription Diet pet food. She owns two pets: "Talla" a beautiful golden retriever, and "Emerson" the cutest poodle cross ever! Marliss is a bit of a comic who keeps the girls laughing.
	Janine: Janine has been working at our clinic since October 2004. She has two dogs, "Tika" and "London". Janine is easy-going, honest and easy to talk to. In her spare time she likes to go camping with her family. She is married to Ken and has two daughters, Keara and Haley and son Ethan. She also enjoys hiking and snowmobiling in the winter. Her most memorable experience here is when Roxy needed emergency surgery in the middle of the night and both Dr. Miller and Dr. Kubinec worked until 4 a.m. to save her.
	Aldra: Aldra has been working at the hospital since November 2007. She has 4 cats, Buttercup, Daisy May, Lizzie and Oliver who are "the light of her life". She enjoys reading Dean Koontz novels and books about odd and useless facts. She finds it difficult not to adopt every homeless cat that comes into the hospital.
	Keltie: Keltie recently graduated from Niagara College with an International Business Diploma. She also received her Dental Assisting diploma from Confederation College in 2008. Keltie has been working at the hospital since July, 2011. She enjoys spending time with friends, watching movies (especially old Disney movies), and going to camp. She also enjoys traveling and would like to see the world!

Housekeeping Staff

	Peggy: Peggy has been working at the hospital since 2005. Peggy enjoys giving hugs, air kisses and lots of TLC to the patients. She is also "staff" to her cat "Flame" at home.
	Stephanie: Stephanie has been working at the hospital since 2009. She currently studying nursing at Lakehead University. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, camping with friends & family and photography. What she enjoys most about working at the Thunder Bay Veterinary Hospital is getting to see all the adorable pets that come in.
