At the Thunder Bay Veterinary Hospital, we understand that you want to start off your new puppy or kitten off right, which is why we have put together some packages for you based on your pet's age and your budget. Please note: It is very important to adhere to the time schedule for services and visits as described in the package summary to avoid any additional charges. Vaccine and booster appointments are required at 2-4 week intervals. At the time of each visit, you should book your next appointment with the receptionist. Should you choose to call back, please ensure that you make your appointment within the 2-4 week time period to avoid any additional charges or visits. Also, spays and neuters must be performed at 5-6 months of age unless otherwise advised by your veterinarian. Please be sure to
review the package summary to see which services are included in your package. A
contract form must be completed for each package participant. An administration fee
will apply if you choose to discontinue the package and all services what have been
performed will be invoiced at the regular service rate.
